Shipping Information
All loose prints come in a self contained tubular shipping container. Larger format & full-size, framed or canvas printed artwork comes fully packed and shipped in appropriately sized box parcel to your doorstep.
Standard shipping comes standard ground for all of my products. If you wish to have you artwork to you any faster to get on your walls please feel free to selct the option upon checkout. Thank you!
Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right.
Eligibility Window:
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Exchanges must be received within 90 days.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Print Shop Credit:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Returns received in damaged condition (Due to Shipping)
- Returns received after 90 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:
Returns received by Darkline Ink between 31 and 90 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Late returns will have the $5.99 shipping fee
